Rear Single Storey Extension, Loughton
We were contacted by the client, the project brief was to provide a design, specification and costing for the erection of the rear extension and installation of a ground floor toilet. We were successful with our bid and we proceeded to arrange for the drawings to be produced for planning and building regulations.
We completed the project on time and to budget. Whilst on site we were asked to carry out landscaping to the rear garden. The Clients were over the moon with the finished job.

Rear Single Storey Extension, Epping
This project involved the erection of a single story rear extension. Access was difficult and the ground conditions were poor. We sourced tiles and bricks to match the existing house. The clients were very pleased with the finished result.

Single Storey Rear Extension & Loft Conversion, Theydon Bois
The client brief was to design a rear extensions and dormer window, with attention to detail in obtaining bricks and tiles to match existing. The client was more than happy with the finished job and while on site we were asked to decorate the property throughout.
Rebuild Grade Two Listed Garage ,Great Easton, Dunmow
A large oak tree had demolished the existing garage. We were called in by Sergon Building Consultants on behalf of the NFU insurance company, to rebuild the garage. We carefully took down the damaged structure, salvaging some of the tiles, bricks and oak beams. Matching materials were sourced from Architectural reclaim materials yards. Our joiner made new roof trusses to match the existing ones.

Single Storey Extension - Buckhurst Hill, Essex
We constructed the extension to this building on a pad and beam foundation. We erected the steel frame, and constructed the roof to match the existing one. Powder coated aluminium doors and windows were fitted.
Internally we carried out a basement conversion - water proof tanking, oak staircase, tiling and timber flooring. Peter Cox carried out the tanking works. Please see www.petercox.com

Conservatory, Fyfield, Essex
We removed the existing softwood conservatory, replacing it with a new Upvc conservatory. We altered the existing electrics internally, re-plastered the rear wall and decorated throughout.
