Large Scale Bathroom Remodelling Projects, Bathroom Conversions, in Harlow Essex
Our forte regarding bathrooms is in larger scale bathroom projects, as opposed to standard bathroom installations. We recently completed a substantial bathroom remodelling project within a large Victorian house with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The brief for the job was for a conversion to one bathroom and two en-suites.
We carried out the work, converting one bedroom to an en-suite and converted another bathroom into an en-suite bathroom. We have access to a wide range of trades, and in this case we used a brick layer, general builder, carpenter, plumber, electrician, tiler and a decorator.

Extensive House Refurbishment with En-Suite Bathroom, Southend on Sea
Our customers often express their satisfaction with not having to worry about standards being met. Premier Build constantly monitor the progress of any work, especially where the customer uses their own tradesmen, and it helps that we are somewhat perfectionists.
A further bathroom remodelling project included an en-suite bathroom for a large 4 bedroomed house with only one bathroom in Southend on Sea. The project was part of an extensive refurbishment to this property, and we created an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom. The job involved the installation of a new soil pipe connection to the main sewer.
Plumbing Conversion in Small Terraced Cottage in Abridge, Essex
This cottage had a Saniflow toilet and required conversion to a toilet connected to the main sewer. This involved breaking up the concrete floor slab, and installing a new sewer and manhole and connection to the main sewer.

Refurbishment of Ensuite Bathroom – Fyfield Essex
We stripped out the existing sanitary ware and wall tiling. The existing en suite bathroom didn't have a toilet. We managed to extend the existing soil pipe from the main bathroom within the floor void through to the en suite. We removed an existing wall and constructed a new wall to make the room bigger. We installed electric under floor heating. We tiled the floor and walls complete and fitted new sanitary ware.
Disability Shower, Abridge, Essex
For an elderly couple, in Abridge, we removed the existing corner bath and fitted a walk-in mobility shower. We completed the project with wall tiling, vinyl floor covering and decoration.
Refurbishment of bathroom and new shower room, Epping, Essex
We constructed a new shower room on the ground floor, which involved installing new drains all to the Building Controls approval.We carried out refurbishment off the existing bathroom on the first floor.The project involved installing sanitary ware,alterations to the plumbing and electrics, tiling and decorations.

Extensive House Refurbishment with New Bathroom and Ensuite Bathroom, Woodford Bridge, Essex
As part of a refurbishment of a Victorian house in Woodford Bridge, Essex (see renovation page) we created two contemporary bathrooms with a Victorian twist, porcelain Carrara marble style wall tiles and Victorian style floor tiles.
